A symposium with exhibition curator Foon Sham and the artists featured in Wood, Paper, & Fiber will be held on Friday, January 27 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m in the Ulrich Recital Hall located in Tawes Hall. The Odd Act Theatre Group, under the direction of Robert C. Thompson, will present a work performance art responding to Tobi Kahn's works and his creation of sacred space.
Exhibiting artist Tobi Kahn will give an artist talk on his work, career, and his current exhibition, "ALIGNED: Paintings by Tobi Kahn" on view in The Art Gallery. The talk will start at 5 pm in Art-Sociology Building room 2203. Immediately following the artist talk, please join us in the gallery for a performance art piece by Odd Act Theatre Group at 6 pm.
